Comments: Having just arrived in the Lakes, what better walk than down to Skelwith Force for a bit of relaxation.
Tarn Foot Campsite, with Ivy Crag towering above. I always remember looking up to this ridge with binoculars and seeing walkers along the top thinking it was really high. I suppose it is when you're a child!
Loughrigg Tarn.
A small stream just by the entrance to Tarn Foot Farm.
Heading down the steep road section with a view over the rooftops to the River Brathay.
The River Brathay above Skelwith Force.
Skelwith Force. Not much water today, it can be really crazy after heavy rain!
