Down by the river, and looking up to the mountains we will be up in a bit.

That peak overlooks Beddgelert and is the site of an ancient Iron Age Fort.

A view down the valley towards Beddgelet.

Trum y Ddysgl and Mynydd Drws-y-Coed partly covered in cloud.

Old miners tracks and quarry workings below this shapely peak.

A view over an old quarry to Moel y Dyniewyn.

Craig Wen and Yr Aran topping out at 747m.

The summit of the 318m peak near Bwlch-y-Sygyn.
The summit of Moel y Dyniewyn at 382m. The view very restricted today thanks to the strong haze and low cloud.
The view towards Yr Aran, and behind that is Snowdon. The pointy peak to the far left is Mynydd Mawr at 698m.

The path down to the lake which is called Llyn Dinas.
Stunning view on the descent. Probably the best view of the day!
Yr Aran now out of cloud.
Aother view of the lake from half way down.
Llyn Dinas outflow. The lake is just by the bridge you can see in the distance. The car wasn't too far from here but on the way back after visiting a view other places we stopped for some photos.
A view down the valley from the viewpoint along the A498.
Amazing view of sunbeams near Y Lliwedd with Snowdon in the cloud and Crib Goch to the right.
All is calm like a mirror down by the lakeshore.
Fantastic reflections.
