Haweswater

Location: The Far Eastern Fells    
Haweswater is a man-made reservoir which is now managed by the RSPB thanks to its rare wildlife and birds. Beneath the water are the remains of two villages which were destroyed during contruction and some remains can be seen when the water level drops low enough.
